*Attending the Business Meeting, 1:00-1:30 ET, is free, and all current members of UUAMP are encouraged to participate in the voting. A link will be sent out to all members.
**The Light Street Branch Auditorium is in the basement of the Light Street Library, an older building that does not have an elevator, so navigating one flight of stairs will be necessary for in-person attendance.

This year, we really wanted to focus on how to support one another in the work of membership, especially with the current political climate. We want you to feel empowered while you are busy supporting and lifting up your congregation. We hope you join us for this inspiring day.
Guest Speakers:
Nicole Pressley: Authoritarianism and the Altar: Welcoming the Displaced in times of Political Disruption
Nicole Pressley is the Director of The Side With Love Organizing Strategy Team. Their role is to drive strategy, strengthen the capacity of Unitarian Universalists (UUs) to organize for justice, and to mobilize power and people for liberation. The team’s approach recognizes that there are many issues and partnerships that individual Unitarian Universalist and UU congregations are invested in, while also modeling focus on four key intersectional priorities to strategically build power for creating justice at this time.
Joy Berry: Whole Church RE as the Cornerstone of the New UUA
Joy Berry is the Children and Families Faith Development Specialist in UUA's Lifespan Faith Engagement office. As a professional religious educator, she served congregations in three states. Most recently, as the interim director of The Fahs Collaborative at Meadville Lombard, her focus was innovative practices in faith formation and equipping congregations for culture change with resources and curricula that center faith formation for all.
Jan Gartner: Supporting the Membership Professional
Jan Gartner is the Associate Director of Church Staff Finances and the UUA Liaison for UUAMP! Jan helps coordinate the work of Church Staff Finances, oversees the Compensation Team, and helps congregational leaders and staff with a wide variety of employment-related matters. She is the primary author of the monthly publication, Compensation and Staffing News, and serves on the Transitions Plus Team.
